Plinth beam 2/3nos 12mm dia & bottom 2/3nos 12 mm dia @ top. (as Per Structural Drawings)

REINFORCEMENT CEMENT CONCRETE:- (as Per Structural Drawings)

Column size 1’-0” x 0’-9” & 0’-9” x 0’-9” (R.C.C. 1:1.5:3 concrete ratio)

Steel size, 12mm -4/6nos with 8mm rings @ 7” c/c

Lintel (2nos 10mm dia & bottom 2nos 10mm dia @ top 8mm dia stirrups @ 6” c/c R.C.C 1:1.5:3 concrete ratio

Roof beam (3nos 12mm dia @ bottom 3nos 12mm dia @ top 8mm dia stirrups @ 7” c/c 

Roof slab 10mm main rod & 8mm distributor @ 6” c/c (R.C.C.  1:1.5:3 concrete ratio, Slab thickness 4" – 6” tk)

BRICK WORK:-

Basement wall brick work 9” tk using Flyash Bricks above plinth beam to basement level to 3’ height.

Super structure Brick work wall in c.m. 1:6 using Country wood bricks walls thickness 0’- 9” & 0’ – 4.5” tk height 10’ for each floor

PLASTERING WORK:-

Ceiling plastering with c.m 1:3 

Inner Wall plastering with c.m 1:4 

Out wall plastering with c.m 1:4

WALL CUPBOARD:-

Bed room cupboard – 1no (size 7’ 0” height, 3’-0” breadth, 1’-6” depth, side wall in bricks & Kadapa slab)

Kitchen Top Granite Slab & SS sink 24" x 18" (side wall glazed tiles height 2'0")
